Fellows are invited to complete the registration form as they would like their contact information to appear in the Collegium Ramazzini membership roster.
Once your registration has been received and processed, you will be sent a personalized confirmation e-mail. If you have not received this confirmation within one week after the date of your registration, please send an email to collegiumramazzini[at]gmail.com. Registrations submitted in the first weeks of August will be processed beginning 19 August in the order in which they were received.
