ACCOMODATION
Three nights are included in the conference fee - arriving on Thursday and departing on Sunday. The Collegium works with two hotels, The Hotel Touring and the Hotel Carpi, to offer our attendees a comfortable stay during Ramazzini Days. A limited number of rooms are held for Ramazzini Days attendees at each hotel until July 31, 2026.

After this date ~ you may select the Daily Conference fee (without hotel) and make your own accommodation arrangements.

Private bus to Carpi Thursday 22 October, 2026 at 16:30
The Collegium Ramazzini is organizing one complementary private bus to Carpi for attendees on Thursday 22 October, 2026. The bus will leave from the Bologna Autostazione terminal located at the back of the bus station, across the street from Bologna Centrale at 16:30 sharp.
Private bus to Bologna Autostazione Sunday 25 October, 2026 at 15:00
A return private bus for attendees will leave the Hotel Carpi on Sunday 25, October, 2026 and arrive at the Bologna Autostazione terminal located at the back of the bus station, across the street from Bologna Centrale.

By train
Guglielmo Marconi International Airport is directly connected to Bologna Central Railway Station by the Marconi Express Monorail from 5:40 until 24:00 365 days a year. From Bologna Centrale you may take a train to Carpi. You may book tickets on Train Italia. The Hotel Touring is a 5 min walk from the Carpi train station.
By private car service
By taxi
The taxi rank is located just outside of the arrivals terminal at the airport and can take you directly to Bologna Centrale train station in about 20 - 25 mins. From Bologna Centrale you may take a train to Carpi. You may book tickets onation in about 20 - 25 mins. From Bologna Centrale you may take
a train to Carpi. You may book tickets on Train Italia. The Hotel Touring is a 5 min walk from the Carpi train
station.
Car Rental
Sixt, Hertz, Europcar, and Avis car rental are located at Guglielmo Marconi International Airport. Carpi is about a 45 - 50 min drive from the airport. You may park at the Hotel Touring for an extra charge.
